Focused Reset Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Focused Reset from Exclusive Home Systems, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

30-Day Service Period

Your Focused Reset must be scheduled and completed within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

It is your responsibility to schedule your Focused Reset with enough time for the service to occur within the 30-day service period.

If the Focused Reset is not completed within 30 calendar days of purchase, the service will expire and the payment will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, transfers, or extensions will be provided except at the sole discretion of Exclusive Home Systems.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. Purchasing a Focused Reset does not guarantee availability on a specific date or time.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

Any rescheduled session must still be completed within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Exclusive Home Systems.

Service Scope

The Focused Reset includes one professional organizing session for the duration stated at the time of purchase.

The session will focus on the space, area, or organizing priorities agreed upon between you and Exclusive Home Systems.

The amount of organizing completed during the session depends on the size and condition of the space, the volume of belongings, the complexity of the project, the pace of client decision-making, and other circumstances specific to the home.

Additional time or services beyond the purchased Focused Reset are not included and may require the purchase of additional services.

Client Participation & Property Access

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property and the areas included in the organizing session.

You are responsible for making decisions regarding which belongings will be kept, donated, discarded, relocated, or otherwise handled unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in advance.

Organizing Products & Additional Expenses

Organizing products, containers, storage solutions, supplies, furniture, disposal fees, hauling services, donation removal, and other third-party expenses are not included in the Focused Reset price unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Any purchases made on your behalf must be authorized by you and may require payment or reimbursement in accordance with the agreement made between you and Exclusive Home Systems.

Valuables & Personal Property

You are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, firearms, sentimental items, and other valuable or sensitive property before the organizing session.

Exclusive Home Systems is not responsible for items that are discarded, donated, relocated, or otherwise handled with the client’s authorization.

Results

Exclusive Home Systems will provide professional organizing services with care and professional judgment. Because every home and project is different, specific outcomes, quantities of work completed, or results cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exclusive Home Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or performance of the Focused Reset.

The total liability of Exclusive Home Systems for any claim related to the Focused Reset will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
